You may request a refund within 3 calendar days of your initial purchase. After this 3-day period, payments are non-refundable.
- Trials: if your plan includes a trial, the subscription fee is billed when the trial expires, and the 3-day refund window starts at that charge.
- Duplicate accounts: if you were charged for the same plan under two or more separate accounts, we'll cancel and refund the duplicate subscription.
- Multiple periods: if you were charged for two or more consecutive periods and request a refund, only the most recently paid period can be refunded.
- Credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased.
- Failed generations are different from refunds, credits for failed jobs are returned automatically. See Failed generations and refunds.
To request a refund, message us in the chat or email [email protected] from (or mentioning) your account email, with a short reason. Eligible refunds are processed promptly; the money typically reaches your card in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
