Promo codes are entered at checkout when you subscribe. If you already have an active subscription, a coupon can also be applied from the Billing page, the discount then takes effect on your next invoice.
- First-month discounts from promotional signup offers apply once, to monthly plans, for new customers.
- Yearly plans are already priced at 50% off versus paying monthly, so one-time coupons generally don't stack on them.
- Credit rewards from promotions (reviews, social shares) are added as bonus credits rather than a price discount, see Earn bonus credits.
If a code doesn't apply at checkout or you were charged full price despite a valid discount, contact us via chat or [email protected] with the code, we'll apply it manually or refund the difference.
