Ways to get credits beyond your plan:
- Onboarding bonus, completing onboarding grants a one-time bonus (500 credits on Starter).
- Video review reward, the first time you rate a generated video (like or dislike), you get 20 credits. Once per video, and it genuinely helps the AI improve.
- Promotions, we periodically run campaigns (e.g. leave a Trustpilot review or share Larven on LinkedIn) that reward bonus credits. These are added by our team after you send proof, reply to the promotion email or message support with a link/screenshot.
Promo credits usually land within one business day. If you submitted proof and don't see the credits in Settings → Credits, message us in chat and we'll add them right away.
