When you publish ads or set up a campaign, Larven shows the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and Meta Pixels available on your connected Meta assets. To keep things fast, these lists are cached for up to 12 hours. If you just created a new Page, linked an Instagram account, or added a Pixel in Meta Business Manager, it can take up to 12 hours to appear in Larven on its own.
Refresh them instantly
Go to Settings → your organization → Meta. Above the ad accounts list you'll find three buttons:
- Sync Pages: refreshes the Facebook Pages for all your active Meta connections.
- Sync Instagram: refreshes the Instagram accounts linked to all your connected ad accounts.
- Sync Pixels: refreshes the Meta Pixels available on all your connected ad accounts.
Click the one that matches what's missing, wait a few seconds, then reopen the publish or setup flow. The new asset should now be selectable.
Still not showing after a sync?
- Check access in Meta: the Meta user you connected with must have access to the Page, Instagram account, or Pixel in Business Manager. A brand-new asset created by a colleague may not be shared with your user yet.
- Instagram must be linked to the Page or ad account in Meta Business settings, a standalone Instagram profile won't appear.
- Expired connection: if syncs error out, your Meta token may have expired. Reconnect from the same Settings page, see Connecting Meta: requirements and troubleshooting.
If none of that helps, message us in chat with the asset name and a screenshot, we'll take a look at the connection on our side.
