Generative AI occasionally gets things wrong. The effective fixes:
- Product looks wrong / doesn't appear: make sure the product has clear, high-resolution images; then add a Scene Guideline like "product clearly visible, label facing camera". If one scene in a multi-scene video is bad, remove just that clip in the Video Editor instead of regenerating.
- Hands / anatomy artifacts: add "avoid showing hands" (or "product only, no people") to the Scene Guideline, or replace the affected clip.
- Brand or company name mispronounced: set the phonetic spelling under Settings → Brands → your brand → Default Voice → Name Pronunciation, every future voiceover uses it. For other tricky words, rewrite the script with simpler or phonetic wording and regenerate the voiceover in the editor, cheaper than recreating the video.
- Off-brand style: expand your brand description in Settings → Brands (tone of voice, audience, what makes you different), every generation reads it.
A generation that completes is charged even if you don't like the output, the credits pay for the AI compute that ran. Only failed generations are refunded, and those refund automatically. The fixes above are the fastest way to get a usable result on the next attempt.
