Deleting your account and data

Cancel the subscription first, then delete the organization from settings (admin only). Deletion is permanent and removes all content.

Two steps, in order:

  1. Cancel your subscription under Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription (an organization with an active or trialing subscription can't be deleted). See How do I cancel.
  2. Delete the organization from Settings → your organization (admin only).

Deletion is permanent: all brands, products, generated videos and images, campaigns, and team memberships are removed, and stored files are wiped from our servers.

Prefer we do it? Email [email protected] from the account's email asking for account deletion, and we'll confirm once it's done. If you only want to stop paying but keep your work, cancelling the subscription alone is enough, see also the free 30-day pause if you just need a break.
