How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel in Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and you can undo the cancellation before it takes effect.

Go to Settings → Billing → Subscription and click Manage Subscription, then confirm the cancellation.

What happens next:

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for (or until the trial ends, if you cancel during a trial, in that case nothing is ever charged).
  • No further charges are made after that.
  • Changed your mind? You can reactivate from the same page any time before the period ends.

If you'd rather take a break than leave: eligible accounts see a one-time 30-day free pause option, you keep full access and your credits, and the next billing date moves 30 days later.

If anything blocks you from cancelling in the dashboard, message us in chat or email [email protected] and we'll cancel it manually and confirm in writing.
