Charges from Larven fall into these buckets:
- Subscription, your monthly or yearly plan renewal. The date and amount are always visible under Settings → Billing.
- Credit top-up, a one-time bundle you purchased (or an automatic top-up, if you enabled it in credit settings).
- AI CMO ad budget (managed account), if your campaign runs on Larven's managed ad account, the daily ad budget is charged by Larven and spent on your ads.
- AI CMO platform fee (your own ad account), Meta bills your ad spend directly; on Starter plans Larven charges a separate 12% platform fee on that spend (0% on Pro). See AI CMO fees and ad spend.
See a charge you don't recognize, or what looks like a double charge? Don't dispute it with your bank first, message us in chat or at [email protected] with the amount and date. We'll identify it immediately, and if it's wrong (duplicate invoice, unintended renewal) we'll refund it. Genuine duplicates are always refunded.
