How workspaces are structured:
- Organization, the billing entity (one subscription, one credit balance).
- Brands, each brand is one business/website you market, with its own products, creatives, campaigns, and social connections. Starter includes up to 3 brands; Pro is unlimited.
- Team members, invite people under Settings → your organization → Members. Starter includes up to 5 members; Pro is unlimited.
Roles:
- Admin, manages billing, subscription, members, integrations, and can delete the organization.
- Member, works with brands and content, but can't change billing or membership. Members can also be restricted to specific brands.
Running an agency? Each client typically gets a brand; if you need more brands or seats than Starter allows, upgrade to Pro.
