Teams, roles, and brands

Organizations contain brands and team members. Starter allows 3 brands and 5 members; Pro is unlimited. Admins manage billing and members.

How workspaces are structured:

  • Organization, the billing entity (one subscription, one credit balance).
  • Brands, each brand is one business/website you market, with its own products, creatives, campaigns, and social connections. Starter includes up to 3 brands; Pro is unlimited.
  • Team members, invite people under Settings → your organization → Members. Starter includes up to 5 members; Pro is unlimited.

Roles:

  • Admin, manages billing, subscription, members, integrations, and can delete the organization.
  • Member, works with brands and content, but can't change billing or membership. Members can also be restricted to specific brands.

Running an agency? Each client typically gets a brand; if you need more brands or seats than Starter allows, upgrade to Pro.
