How do I reach the Larven team?

Live chat in the dashboard, email [email protected], a bookable 20-minute call, and a shared Slack channel on Pro.

Pick whichever channel suits you:

  • Live chat, the chat bubble in the dashboard. Fastest for how-to questions and quick issues.
  • Email, [email protected] for account, billing, onboarding, or technical questions.
  • Book a call, a 20-minute call with the team for onboarding help, a product walkthrough, or troubleshooting: cal.eu/larven.
  • Slack, Pro plan customers get a shared Slack workspace for faster collaboration on active projects.

For billing requests (refunds, cancellations, invoices), include the email address of the account so we can find it quickly.
