Go to Settings → your organization → Billing, click Add payment method, and complete the Stripe card form. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Common issues:
- Prepaid cards (e.g. Paysera, PaySafe) are not supported by Stripe for recurring payments, use a regular debit or credit card from a standard bank account.
- The card form doesn't appear: your browser may be blocking third-party scripts (Stripe loads externally). Disable blockers for larven.ai or try another browser.
- Payment declined: most declines come from the bank, check the card has online/international payments enabled, or try another card. Your subscription retries automatically; you can also pay the open invoice from the Billing page once the card issue is fixed.
- Currency is chosen at subscribe time (USD, EUR, GBP, or AUD) and can't be changed on an active subscription.
