I can't log in or can't find my account

Check whether you signed up with Google or email+password, and which email address you used. Password reset and support lookup options.

Almost every login problem is one of these:

  1. Different sign-in method. If you signed up with Google, use the "Continue with Google" button, there is no password to type. If you signed up with email and password, use the password form.
  2. Different email address. Your account lives under the exact email you signed up with. If your workspace looks empty or "new", you've probably logged in with another address (personal vs work Gmail is the classic).
  3. Forgotten password. Use Forgot password, the reset email arrives within a couple of minutes (check spam).
