Social autopilot

Approval queue vs auto-publish, scheduling and timezones

With auto-publish off, posts wait for your approval; with it on, the AI publishes on schedule. Times follow the brand's timezone.

The social autopilot plans and generates posts ahead of time, then publishes them one of two ways:

  • Auto-publish OFF (recommended to start), posts land in Awaiting Approval. You review, edit, approve, or discard each one; only approved posts go live.
  • Auto-publish ON, the AI publishes automatically at the scheduled times.

Scheduling:

  • Posting times follow your brand's timezone (set in brand settings), if posts appear at odd hours, check that timezone first.
  • The autopilot generates content a few days ahead, so the calendar always has upcoming posts ready to review.
  • To use a specific asset in a post, click Replace from Library on the post, or upload your file to Library first and select it when creating a post.
